South Africa is primed for entrepreneurship
South Africans are can-do people. When our economic world is turned upside down, and we seem set to face impossible challenges, it is exactly at this point that we dig deep into our unique fibre of Africanism and we do the impossible. We achieve what the world tells us we cannot.

As South Africans we face alarming unemployment statistics. The first quarter results for 2021, published shows an unemployment rate of 32.6% which translates into a an average of 7.2 million people, being unemployed on any given day. 9.3% of these are university graduates that are failing to enter the job market.
But there is hope. According to the African Economic Outlook Report, published by the African Development Bank, approximately 22% of Africa’s working-age population is starting new businesses. SME’s with fewer than 20 employees and less than five years’ experience, are now the largest provider of formal employment in Sub-Saharan Africa.
South Africa is primed for entrepreneurship. Help us create entrepreneurs who can develop and grow sustainable businesses that contribute to further economic development within previously disadvantaged communities.
Where there is economic activity there is transformation.
“This was the best Entrepreneurial workshop I have ever attended. I am more confident in starting my own business and actually helping others in my family and community. I feel very motivated and very lucky and privileged to have attended these sessions.”
