Knowledge to Motion has a library of “off-the-shelf” soft skills eLearning courses. These courses are a cost-effective way to implement eLearning in your organisation.

Organisations can buy the soft skills eLearning courses outright for hosting on their own Learner Management System. Smaller organisations can arrange for delegates to attend via the Knowledge to Motion Learner Management System.

Intermediate to Advanced Staff

These courses are developed for office staff who are fluent in English and are computer literate.

Entry Level Staff

These courses are developed for office staff who are second language English speakers and find reading and writing in English a challenge. These staff do not have to be computer literate, although basic computer literacy will be advantageous. They must be able to operate their cell phones using social media.

To ensure all learner types are stimulated, our eLearning methodology includes:

Animation

This helps learners process information more effectively, e.g. whiteboard animations can show an idea through live drawings that appear as the idea develops. Video infographics are the perfect addition for communicating data, figures, graphs and stats.

Extra resources

Only so much information can be included in the learning so, extra resources are for any extra information that would be advantageous for a learner to know, but that cannot be included in learning. Good examples are job-aids, case studies, company policies etc.

Customised scenarios

Brainstorming allows for creative solutions to flow. It allows learners to come up with their own solutions to problems.

Interactive exercises

Our courses encourage learners to think, explore and evaluate content through scenarios. These create effective, compelling experiences that have greater potential to be retained.

Reinforced learning

Videos and Animations allows us to bring an external subject matter expert into the classroom.
