eLearning
Why should we consider eLearning?
eLearning is anywhere learning! Classroom training sessions require face-to-face interaction, which usually takes place during working hours – hindering working schedules. With eLearning your staff have the freedom to take a course at the place and time of their choice, without affecting work schedules.
Since it is our content, do we qualify for a discount?
Nope! Facilitator-led training and eLearning content development adhere to different standards. We therefore need to re-write your content conforming to the correct standard to ensure maximum knowledge transfer.
Are your courses SETA Accredited?
Yes. but please remember that most SETAs still do not accept eLearning as an accredited program. We have, however, digitised SETA-accredited material. Delegates still need to attend their notional hours of training.
What does SCORM Compliant mean?
SCORM stands for Shareable Content Object Reference Module . . . Quite a mouthful, no wonder it is referred to as SCORM. Basically, it means that the way we build our eLearning can speak to any LMS.
Will your eLearning work on our learner management system (LMS)?
Yes, it will. We develop in both Captivate and Articulate, which means our eLearning is SCORM Compliant.
Do we get the source files once we have purchased the content from you?
Yes, you do. Upon final payment. The source files will we uploaded to a secure network, ready for you to download.
What are the software requirements if we want to build eLearning internally?
You will need eLearning course authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
We have current facilitator-led training that we want digitized, can you help?
Yes, absolutely! That is what we do.
What are the hardware requirements for eLearning?
Well, to begin eLearning your organisation needs a platform that hosts your eLearning courses. This platform is called a Learning management system (LMS).
Our learners are not computer literate, what can we do?
We can still help by creating interactive videos – which, by the way, we can download into any or all of the 11 official languages.

Yes, we prefer to customise learning content, so that we can guarantee a return on investment.
Are you SETA Accredited?
Yes, we are a Services Seta Accredited training company.
We don’t know what the exact skills gaps are, can you help us determine this?
Definitely! Delegates will be asked to complete a pre-assessment. This assessment will consist of theory and practical application questions. The outcome of this assessment will determine the current skills gap.
