We are Danny Dannhausser and Belinda van Rensburg and we own Knowledge to Motion Skills Development.
We absolutely love what we do – educating adults!

I started my career in adult education over two decades ago … looking at my picture, I know you are asking, “can she really be that old?” LOL! I oversee the instructional design division of Knowledge to Motion. At Knowledge to Motion we believe learning should be engaging, relevant and fun.
We understand that, ultimately, you want behavioural change – and in all our material development, whether it is for eLearning or Facilitator-Led Training, we keep this end goal in mind.
Question: What is the most important quality you look for in your employees?
Answer: A “CAN DO” Attitude. From design, to development, to customer engagement, do it with a great attitude.

I spent most of my adult life working in the Operations and Logistics Industry – in South Africa, Africa and the Middle East. I use the knowledge and experience I gained, to run the day-to-day operations of Knowledge to Motion. This is by far the most challenging gig to date. Trust me, managing a bunch of creatives for operational excellence is not for the faint hearted, they are by definition . . . well, how shall we put it – creative.
Question: What is the most important quality you look for in your employees?
Answer: Excellence. From design, to development, to customer engagement, do it excellently!
Our team consists of a crazy and creative bunch of animators, videographers, writers, editors, eLearning developers and sound engineers. Our instructions to them … We want perfection! Other than that, go wild, be creative and have fun!
