Our Instructor-Led / Virtual Training is a high energy, interactive workshop. We take our time in developing our material to ensure all 7 learning styles are accommodated.

Beautifully designed, engaging PowerPoint presentations that grab and hold our visual learner’s attention.
Videos and Animations
Videos and Animations allows us to bring an external subject matter expert into the classroom.
Brainstorming
Brainstorming allows for creative solutions to flow. It allows learners to come up with their own solutions to problems.
Large and Small Group Discussions
Social Learners learn by discussing concepts and ideas with others.
Individual Exercises
Solitary Learners prefer working on their own. They will not easily partake in group discussions or role plays. This type of learner will change behaviour if they can see the benefit in it for them.
Role-Playing
It is important to give learners time to practise their new skill and that each learner’s learning style and personality is considered. We understand that some delegates thrive on group role plays, whilst others prefer smaller role plays.
