Our Story

My enthusiasm for developing people was cultivated from an early age. My mother, a missionary, dedicated her time to teaching others how to sew and establish small businesses to sell their products. Growing up in this environment, I witnessed firsthand how skill development can transform lives.

In 2013, I seized the opportunity to venture into entrepreneurship. Taking a leap of faith, I founded Knowledge to Motion Skills Development (K2M). The name symbolizes the transition of knowledge into actionable skills.

As the CEO, I am passionate about working closely with clients to understand their unique training needs. Collaborating with my team, we design learning strategies that align with our clients' strategic organizational goals.

I am responsible for providing inspiration, motivation, and guidance to my amazingly talented and uber creative team. I direct all the operational aspects, to makes sure K2M achieves its objectives effectively and efficiently. I aim to turn new clients into loyal partners, by creating long term mutually beneficial relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. I am passionate about being an Ouma to Milliana, the creative arts, exploring new places, and completing my yoga teachers training.

Financial Manager

I am financial maestro, orchestrating a symphony of numbers and transactions that dance harmoniously to the rhythm of fiscal responsibility. I am a seeker of truth, meticulously sifting through columns of figures to unveil the story they tell, revealing the financial health and vitality of the company. I am a guardian of compliance. With an eagle eye, I spot potential discrepancies and navigate the labyrinthine pathways. My expertise is a beacon of trust in a world where chaos can reign without diligent oversight. Graphic Designer and Junior Instructional Designer

I am a full-time graphic designer for K2M and manage all the corporate Identity designs. I am responsible for creating visually impactful imagery for our manuals, banners, etc. I also manage instructional design requirements and create e-Learning courses for our clients. I am passionate about graphic design whether it is for work or just for fun. I enjoy reading, and writing poetry, and loving my family and cats. I am a devout Muslim and strive to make an impact on someone’s life or day, however small or big, I can!

Instructional Designer

I am passionate about connecting with people and helping clients find solutions that make a real difference to their businesses. I love building strong relationships, understanding what matters most to my clients, and delivering service that exceeds expectations. My goal is to turn every interaction into a positive experience and every client into a trusted, long-term partner. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and embracing opportunities to learn, grow, and make meaningful connections
